We’re an executive coaching practice that is squarely focused on communication.

Effective communication is almost always important, but it becomes absolutely critical when it comes to leading others. Unfortunately, research shows that we consistently overestimate our ability to effectively communicate. Essential  — yet underdeveloped and overestimated — improvement of public speaking and communication skills can unlock individual potential and lead to exponential growth.

North Trail is built on the belief that personal and professional growth is always possible, and is often best accelerated through one-on-one coaching. Founder and Principal of North Trail, Jeff Jones is energized by working with passionate clients who want to further develop themselves. With over 10 years as an executive coach and team development facilitator at some of the biggest and most exciting companies in the world, Jeff is now leveraging that learning and experience to build North Trail.

Prior to his work as a corporate consultant Jeff was a professor and researcher at Georgia Tech. His time spent in the classroom, as both a student and a teacher, made him passionate about education and left him acutely aware of the critical role that communication plays within leadership.
